9. Visit the Dentist Regularly

Schedule dental checkups and cleanings every six months. Your dentist can detect problems early, perform deep cleaning, and offer personalized advice for better oral care.

10. Pay Attention to Warning Signs

Watch for signs of dental issues such as bleeding gums, tooth sensitivity, persistent bad breath, or sores that don’t heal. Don’t ignore these symptoms—early treatment is key.
